Email support@loyalleague.app with the subject line Copyright Claim and include all of the following:

• Your full legal name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you own (title, artist, ISRC/UPC if applicable, and — for musical works — the composition and any master-rights information).
• The exact URL(s) on Loyal League you are reporting (for example https://loyalleague.app/p/<slug>) and, where possible, the specific drop or file.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay action. Submitting a false or abusive claim can expose you to legal liability.

We will review the notice, and, where the claim is credible, we will promptly disable access to the reported content, revoke any outstanding download tokens, and notify the label. Where fans were charged for content that is removed, we will work with the label to arrange refunds via Stripe. We may also record a strike against the label under the repeat-infringer policy below.

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was in error or that you have the necessary rights or licences, send a counter-notice to support@loyalleague.app with the subject line Counter-Notice and include:

• Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or, if you are outside the UK, of any judicial district in which you may be sued) and to accept service from the original complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant. If they do not confirm they have filed a court action within a reasonable time (typically 10–14 business days), we may restore access.

We record validated infringement claims against a label. Two validated claims suspend a label's ability to publish new drops pending review by our team. Further validated claims — or a single egregious case — may result in permanent termination of the workspace and forfeiture of the account, with all fan data exportable by the account owner before deletion in accordance with our Terms. We will notify labels when a strike is recorded and give an opportunity to appeal by providing licences, releases, or other evidence.

To report trademark misuse, use of your name/likeness, or other non-copyright issues, email the same address with a clear description of the right, the URL, and your relationship to the right. We apply the same review-and-remove approach where the claim is credible.
